As soon as your order leaves us you get a shipping email with a tracking number. You can also follow it from the order status page linked in your confirmation email, no account needed.
What the statuses mean
- Label created: the parcel is packed and waiting for the carrier scan, usually the same or next business day.
- In transit: the carrier has it and it is moving.
- Out for delivery: it arrives today.
- Delivered: the carrier marked it delivered.
When tracking stalls
Carriers sometimes skip scans. If nothing changes for 3 business days, contact us with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Marked delivered but not here
Check with neighbours and your building, then wait one more day, as parcels are sometimes scanned early. If it still has not arrived, contact us and we will help.
Changing the address
Email us straight away with your order number. We can change the address until the label is created.
